Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $50. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for a full refund. Although rare, during the course of a procedure, our licensed medical professionals may deem additional treatment necessary for the overall wellbeing of the patient. In such a situation, CANVAS reserves the right to administer and charge for additional treatments as necessary for the overall wellbeing of the patient at the discretion of our licensed medical professionals.
